Quest in West Miramar is Quick, efficient, and professional. Easy appointment schedule system and appreciate they do not overbook, the way many other locations overbook causing long wait times.

I had a great experience here! I was literally in and out in about 15 minutes. I feel bad because I can’t remember the phlebotomist’s name, but I was in Room 5, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. I really don’t like needles, but she made the experience so easy. I honestly didn’t feel a thing, and the blood draw only took a couple of minutes, if that. The whole office had a warm and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this location. Awesome place with awesome people. Thank you for making something I normally dread such a pleasant experience!

Staff is super professional. Staff is super knowledgeable. Staff is super friendly. Wait time with an appt in nonexistent. Two areas for improvement though: 1) more early morning appointments 2) faster turnaround on the results.

Absolutely blown away by how seamless my experience was here. I arrived at 3:30 and checked in on the kiosk, and by 3:34 I was walking out the front door with my blood draw complete. The lab tech was very courteous and I’m shocked by how fast the whole process was.

The system told me that I might have to wait up to 60 minutes and my name got displayed on the monitor as stand by. After one hour, I asked someone from the office and the person told me that the system took me out. I asked why but the person said it was out of their control. Also said that I had to schedule an appointment, that would be for a different day. I left very disappointed. While in the parking lot, I looked into other sites and there was availability on another Lab. I booked the appointment and drove there. The kiosk on that Lab was not working correctly and kept signing me out, until it finally told me that I was "late". Then again I talked to someone from the office and they told me that after 10 minutes, the system will consider me late and there was nothing they could do. I needed the test done, so I sacrifice my time, booked another appointment for the next available slot and waited in the lobby. I think the booking and check in and the stand by process are ridiculous. The system is unreliable and nobody in the office can o
